What is a wedding content creator?
Why should I hire a content creator?
A Wedding Content Creator is a person dedicated to capturing photos and videos of your special day. They capture beautiful behind-the-scenes moments so your wedding is remembered for years to come.
Do you replace our photographer?
We’re not there to replace your photographer, we are an addition. We work with them to capture your love story. With our service, you can relive a taste of your special day within 24 hours.
How does the process work?
Once you submit an inquiry, we'll first make sure we have your date available. If we do, we’ll move forward to an intake call to make sure all your questions are answered and to discuss logistics. If you’d like to move forward, we require a deposit to hold your date, and then the planning starts!
Weddings can be a blur. With a personal content creator, you’ll be able to see your day through the eyes of a guest and remember your special day for the rest of your life. We capture the most intimate and candid moments without you realising we’re there.
How much is the deposit and when will I need to pay?
We require a £250 deposit upon booking. This deposit will secure your date. The rest of the payment will be due 4 weeks before your big day.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers.
When will I get my content?
You’ll have a huge gallery of photos and videos within 24 hours.
How do I receive my content?
Your wedding content creator will collate hundreds of pictures and videos in an online album, ready for you to view and share. You will be sent a Dropbox link via email and text within 24 hours.
What are the benefits to hiring a wedding content creator?
A wedding content creator will also focus on generating images and video that are specifically designed for social media. If you’ve ever tried to share a video shot in landscape to your Instagram story, you know that the results can look a little off. Wedding content creators know the correct ratios to film and photograph in, so that all the content your share will look like it’s made for social media (because it is!)

​Another huge benefit? Wedding content creators take the stress off of your bridal party. Your maid-of-honour or best man won’t need to be preoccupied with taking pictures or videos, and can instead be there for you and your fiancé.
Can we hire you instead of a videographer?
Yes, you can, but please note that our services as a content creator are different from those of a traditional videographer. We specialise in creating organic photo and video content using only an iPhone camera.

We typically work alongside a photographer and videographer to ensure that all aspects of your special day are captured. We do not create traditional wedding videos but instead, we offer shorter-form reel videos that highlight the best moments of your wedding day in a more creative and engaging way.
How do I reserve my wedding date?
To reserve your wedding date, please contact us via email with your wedding date, venue, and package of interest. We will check our availability and get back to you. If you decide to book our services, a 20% non-refundable deposit of the package cost is required to secure your date. We will send you a contract to sign, along with an invoice for the deposit. Once we receive your deposit and signed contract, your date will be reserved and we will start planning for your big day!
Can we request specific shots, videos, or trends for you to capture?
Yes, absolutely! We welcome and encourage our clients to share their vision and ideas for their wedding content with us. We understand that every couple has their own unique style and preferences, and we want to make sure that we capture your day in a way that reflects your personality and story. We will do our best to fulfil any specific requests or trends that you have in mind, and work closely with you to make sure that your wedding content is everything you've envisioned (and more!).

We proudly cover a wide range of locations across the West Midlands and its vibrant surroundings, including Solihull, Stratford Upon Avon, Coventry, Sutton Coldfield, Darby, Worcestershire, Malvern, Leamington Spa, Gloucestershire and Birmingham, as well as various venues throughout the West Midlands region. Our team is dedicated to bringing your wedding moments to life, no matter where your venue is. If your dream location falls outside these areas, don't hesitate to get in touch with us. We're more than willing to travel to ensure your special day is captured in all its glory.
